Prophylaxis done using hygiene cup and non oil pumice. Rinsed and lip retractors placed. Teeth rinsed and dried, etched for 20 seconds, rinsed and dried, ortho adhesive Transbond X applied, and AO brackets bonded using 3M composite. Excess removed and cured for 10 seconds each. Niti 0.014 wire engaged in brackets using AO orings and distal ends bended inward and cut not to hurt. Occlusion and braces checked.

Oral hygiene good, need for cleaning explained, Orings removed, brackets checked,
residual composite removed, rinsed and dried, eth applied for 20 seconds, rinsed and dried, adhesive Transbond X applied, bracket placed, excess removed and bonded using 3M composite. Pre mature contact checked no issue. Explained to pt about the delay and possible negative effects on treatment in case of repeated bracket debondings.
oral hygiene was fair/poor, instructed oral hygiene again, pt practiced, explained that if the pt cannot follow the oral hygiene requirements we will be required to remove the braces. Pt referred for cleaning, recommended fluoride mouthrinse.

Flow composite added and cured each 20 seconds. Excess removed and polished using polishing cones.
